This is Mr. Arvold’s first year with the Hope Schools, but his 7th year teaching middle school students. Besides teaching, he has been working with students in multiple capacities for the past 10 years.
Mr. Arvold was born in Michigan, grew up in Wisconsin, went to college in South Carolina (Columbia Bible College – 2000) and has been living in Chicago for the past five years. He is married (Kate – May, 2001) and has three kids (2 sons: Aidan and Davis, 1 daughter: Halle). Besides teaching and his family, he enjoys coaching, reading, music, the Packers and Badgers. He will complete his Master’s degree this coming spring (Trinity Evangelical Divinity School – MA in Christian Studies).
